you know maintain big weight not just cos exercise or food sometimes, eveyrone is different. might even including your whole body recycling problems.
even just exercise you might using the wrong way to exercise which's doesnt help lose weight but increase.
and even you think you are taking the diet food for lose weight you might doing the backwards you jsut dont know, that is a whole lot knowledges, most ppl just know about it little, but if it is exactly the right reason happen on them, and they correct it , then they get their weight back. but the ppl cant get it right will still maintain and struggle hard on their lose weight plans.
the right plan usually dont needs to diet food and more enjoy yoru food more weight you lose, that is my experience. help your self. the knowledge worth a lot more than free.*O)
