I never cook, and always eat out at someplace or other. I have enough money to spend to eat out almost anywhere every day, so thats not an issue.
Just wanted to know what would be a good diet in these terms? some places include Subway, Mexican Food, Chinese Food, Pizza / Pasta, Wawa, Thai Food, Japanese Food, Italian. what would be the most healthy combination of foods to eat?
If you have the money & time; buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
Make yourself fruit salads and salads; it's worth it.

all of those choices are high in something. even subway has a huge amount of sodium, which is hazardous to ur health if eaten to often. fact of life: human beings are not ment to eat out every single day.
